MRS. DeROY RILEY

   Mrs. Martha Riley, wife of DeRoy Riley of Oxford, died at the Oxford Hospital Tuesday evening, January 6, aged 56 years.

   Mrs. Riley was taken to the hospital that evening and operated upon for strangulated hernia.  She was in a very poor physical condition and did not survive the shock, dying soon after the operation.

   She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Silas Loveland of Windsor and was united in marriage with DeRoy Riley at Coventry in 1899.

   She is survived by her husband, a brother, Eugene Loveland of Binghamton; a sister, Mrs. Geo. Davenport of Windsor; a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Douaghy of Buffalo.

   The funeral will be held at 11 o'clock this Friday morning at the undertaking parlors of Seymour & Son.  The body will be place in the vault of Riverview to await burial at North Bainbridge in the spring.
