Death of Miss Martha Collins

Miss Martha Collins died of tuberculosis at 1:20 o'clock this afternoon, at the home of her parents on State street. She was 20 years old on January 8, last.
Miss Collins has been ill for nearly a year, and although receiving the best of medical care and kind attention, the disease was too firmly seated to be checked. She was brought up in the Episcopal faith of which church she was a communicant. She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. Reid Collins, two sisters, Thresea and Margaret, and one brother, Leslie. The family in their loss have the sympathy of the community. Arrangements for the funeral have not yet been made.
