Viet-Oldfield

   The marriage of Herman A. Veit and Gladys C. Oldfield was solemnized at Guilford Center Saturday afternoon, February 18, Rev. James W. Bump, pastor of the Congregational church, uniting them in the holy bonds of matrimony.  The groom is a young farmer and son of Mr. and Mrs. John Veit and the bride is an accomplished young lady of Guilford Center, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Oldfield.  After the ceremony was said the happy couple took the 4:10 train to Guilford Center for a honeymoon trip to Syracuse.  Their Guilford friends unite in wishing prosperity and lots of success in their journey through life together.
